The Jackson and Onward Property Management want this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or captions.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. Pages are tested with automated tools and by keyboard, and we review the site when content changes.

Third-party pages

Tour scheduling and rental applications open on our leasing platform, AppFolio, and videos play through YouTube. We do not control those services' accessibility, but we will help you complete anything they are used for.

If something is hard to use

Call the leasing office at 806-744-1157 during office hours, Monday to Friday 9 to 6 and Saturday 10 to 5. Tell us the page and the problem and we will give you the information another way, schedule your tour, or take your application by phone, and fix the page.

Reasonable accommodations

Requests for a reasonable accommodation or modification because of a disability, including for an assistance animal, are welcome at any point in the leasing process. Contact the leasing office to make one.
